- Booking preferences: Your selected Course slug and preferred class Timing batch (Morning/Evening).
- Corporate details: Company Name, HR Contact Name, and employee count (only for corporate wellness inquiries).
- Payment Transaction Data: Razorpay order ID, payment ID, and payment status (we do not see or store card numbers or banking passwords).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect in the following ways:
- To enroll you in your chosen yoga/meditation batch and manage your student profile.
- To verify payments processed securely via our gateway.
- To dispatch automated emails containing Google Meet access links and instructions.
- To send administrative alerts, timing adjustments, and schedule reminders.
- To design customized workplace wellness proposals for corporate leads.
- To answer general query submissions sent from our contact form.
3. Secure Payment Gateway (Razorpay)
Paid courses are processed securely through **Razorpay** (lowest transaction fee structure in India). All payment details (card numbers, UPI credentials, netbanking logins) are encrypted and managed directly in Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant environment. Indore Yoga does not inspect, process, or store raw financial credentials.
4. Data Protection & Sharing
We enforce strict data protection mechanisms:
- No Data Sales: We do not sell, trade, rent, or lease student contact lists or lead details to third-party marketing companies.
- Lightweight Storage: Student registrations are stored in a secured local database configuration in Indore Yoga server folders.
- Third-Party Disclosures: We only share information with payment facilitators (Razorpay) or email dispatch engines (Nodemailer/SMTP) to fulfill your service enrollments.
5. Cookies & Site Use
Our site uses basic cookies to support persistent sessions on the Admin Dashboard and maintain interface layouts. We do not use intrusive cross-site tracking cookies.
